The Wollondilly Shire Council eCouncil page allows access to DA information and the ability to pay rates from anywhere in the world

To use the eCouncil site, you must first agree to the terms and conditions by clicking the "I agree" button on the eCouncil home page.
Once you have agreed to the terms and conditions you will have access to the DA enquiry or online payment tools via the menu at the top of the window. To switch between the two tools, simply click on the link on the menu bar.
